Established in 1981, LifeLine Pilots’ mission is to facilitate FREE air transportation through volunteer
pilots for financially distressed passengers with medical/humanitarian needs.
LifeLine Pilots has been serving those with special transportation needs for 29 years
– flying over 1,400,000 passenger miles resulting in 6300 missions.
Each time LifeLine Pilots completes a mission a great deal of creativity has been utilized to meet our customers’,
aka passengers, needs. Each passenger is dealing with their own physical needs and limitations
that must be addressed by LifeLine Pilots’ mission coordinator when organizing a mission.
Over 70% of LifeLine's annual budget is used to meet flight operation needs such as technology to connect generous volunteer
pilots with passengers. Our volunteer pilots are extremely generous giving 100% of their time and expenses to use their flying
skills to help out strangers that find themselves in desperate situations.
